Configure any combination per monitor, attach a different routing scheme per round-robin on-call rotation, and WatchDog deduplicates repeat alerts so a flaky monitor does not page your team twice. UptimeRobot offers a wider channel list (including voice and Teams), but SMS and voice run on credits so a noisy outage burns through your monthly pool.

Every outgoing webhook is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 header your receiver verifies with a shared secret, and routing is per-monitor, so a flap on monitor A pings one endpoint and a flap on monitor B pings another — no global bucket.
